Lead Specialist, Technical Development

Job title – Lead Specialist, Technical Development (Perfumery)

Location – Ascent, Singapore

 

Under general supervision, this job assists Technical Director / Manager in category innovation and client projects, be involved in basic technology promotion, and also perform routine laboratory work (hands-on).

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist / support TD Director and Manager in their projects for multiple product categories and clients

  • Assist / support TD Director and Manager to implement fragrance technology across categories

  • Coordinate people from different teams to get the job done

  • Conduct presentation (technical content) to internal & if required, to external clients

  • Adept in carrying out hands on job and perform routine & complex laboratory work in compliance to established HSE rules

  • Maintain the laboratory and equipments as well as cleanliness of workplace

You Bring:

  • Work experience of at least 1 year in technical field / development lab (preferably in F&F industry or consumer goods company)

  • University Degree (at least BSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other science degree

  • Have a passion & curiousity for learning

  • Able to work independently in an organized & meticulous way

  • Diligent, motivated worker and with integrity

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • Possess basic computer skills (power point, excel & words)
