Location – Tongxiang, Zhejiang

The bio gums business is rapidly developing. Dsm-firmenich has a major strength by having a very strong and recognized quality image. This is a key success factor for the business since it provides a superior margin to quality conscious customers and leads to a lot of support and goodwill from the quality and regulatory authorities. In addition multinational accounts in China and accounts in Japan and Europe or US expect a “western style” quality system to be in place.

Your key responsibilities 主要职责

• Maintain the Company Quality and food safety system to assure all products and processes meet the defined specifications and standards, and are meeting the customer requirements, as well as legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.

• Assure that all company activities are fully compliant with the applicable standards and practices: ISO 9000/FSSC22000, kosher, halal, HACCP, (Chinese) GMP and others. Ensure awareness and understanding of these standards by all employees, including management.

• Responsible for the management of suppliers and tollers, including the introduction, evaluation, maintenance and auditing of suppliers, to ensure that supplier management meets the requirements of the headquarters.

• Ensure that all changes which have a potential impact on regulatory status or customer satisfaction are adequately managed in line with the “Management of Change” procedures.

• Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units.

You bring 我们期待

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in food， chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or related fields.

在食品、化学、制药、生物学方面取得学士学位。

• Notions of ISO and (international) GMP standards.

了解ISO(国际)和GMP标准。

• Good knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment for food/compound food additive /pharma

熟悉中国的食品、食品添加剂、制药方面的监管制度。

• Being capable of auditing suppliers/external manufacturers individually.

具备独立审核供应商/代工厂的能力。

• Minimum 3 years in a QA, QC or Regulatory Affairs position within a food/pharma manufacturer or trader.

三年以上食品/医药领域的QA、QC及相关管理经验

• Good communication skills and English writing and reading skills.

具备良好的交流能力和英语读写能力
