Lead Specialist, QA

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain in-plant quality policies, protocols & programs, including SOP, BPT (best practice tools), GMP, FSSC22000, ISO9000, etc. and drive the execution throughout the whole supply chain.
• Track and reports the NC handling & system maintenance situation for regular quality review.
• Coordinate client audit and internal auditees, follow up the CAPA.
• Management of customer questionnaires and any queries related to QA.
• Assistant to Integrated Management System implementation and developing.
• Assistant the continuous improvement of quality performance, monitoring/verification the corrective action unscheduled.
• Participate quality improvement project and monitor continual improvement tracing, to ensure quality system and food safety program running effectively for their intended purpose.
• Initiative cleaning validation and related quality programs, and ensure meet hygienic request.
• Other job related quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree on chemistry, biology, food science or relevant areas.
• Over 3 years in quality assurance experience preferably in food or food additives industry,  International company background is preferred.

Competencies

• Good understanding & experience on ISO 9000, HACCP, FSSC, GMP, etc;
• Well-developed interpersonal and high level communication skills;
• Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing;
• Logical & analytical thinking.
