Location – Singapore
In line with Order-to-Cash (OTC) principles and guidelines, the Lead Specialist, Logistics is responsible for managing and supporting logistics flows across the Asia Pacific region. The role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods, while driving continuous improvement to deliver a customer experience that exceeds industry standards.
Reporting to the Regional Logistics Manager, this role is a subject-matter expert in logistics operations, providing hands-on execution, vendor management (warehouse and logistics), and process improvement.
Your key responsibilities
- Logistics Operations Support: Execute and monitor regional logistics activities across all transport modes, ensuring shipments are timely, accurate, and cost-effective
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure logistics documentation, invoicing, and certifications are accurate and compliant with country-specific import/export regulations.
- 3PL & Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and warehouse vendors to maintain service levels, safety compliance, and inventory accuracy
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report logistics KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost), escalating risks or deviations to the Regional Logistics Manager
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency gains in logistics operations
- Project Participation: Support regional logistics projects, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives as assigned by the Regional Logistics Manager.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline (Postgraduate in SCM/Logistics a plus)
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Solid experience in vendor/3PL management and logistics performance tracking (OTIF, cost, service)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across functions
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement
