Lead Expert Sampling (Bogotá, Colombia)

Job Title: Lead Expert Sampling 

City: Bogotá, Colombia 

As a Lead Expert Sampling you will be responsible for coordinate, plan, and control raw material inventories for the sampling area, as well as ensure that sample manufacturing is carried out on time and under the conditions and expectations requested by our clients. Ensure that sample dispatch generally meets expectations in terms of delivery compliance and product quality. Lead our plant's sampling team, which covers planning, logistics, and sample manufacturing activities. Serve as the operations organization's point of contact with the perfume and flavor commercial divisions on all matters related to project management, especially those related to customer samples.

Your key responsibilities 

• Lead the planning activites for the sampling operation in our site, including production planning and material planning. 

• Lead and control the total inventory for both raw materials and finished goods for the sampling operation in our site. 

• Lead the logistics activites for the sampling operation in our site, including the import of raw materials and the export of samples to customers in our region. 

• Lead the manufacturing actitives for the sampling operation in our site for both perfumery and flavor products. 

• Lead the sampling team at our site which includes sampling planners, outbound delivery planner, inventory control analyst, logistics operators and manufacturing operators. 

You Bring 

• Business Administration or Enginnering background 

• Supply Chain Certification, APCIS  

• SAP Knoweledege in planning, logistics and manufacturing modules. 

• Excellent level of English 

• 8 years or more, experience in multinational companies, leading Planning and Logistics departments.
