As a Lead Expert in Regulatory Affairs, you will be the trusted authority ensuring compliance for our Ingredient Solutions portfolio across the Indian Subcontinent, IMA. You’ll partner with internal teams and customers to provide regulatory guidance, creative compliance options, and strategic insights that enable innovation while meeting regulatory standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance for TTH products across the Indian Subcontinent and IMA region.
- Provide clear, timely guidance on product claims, labelling, and compliance-related queries, and deliver accurate regulatory documentation to customers and partners.
- Proactively monitor and interpret evolving food and nutrition regulations impacting the TTH portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective regulatory strategies and compliant solutions.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to position Regulatory Affairs as a strategic business partner.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes to enable best-in-class service delivery.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related discipline such as Nutrition, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutraceuticals, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in food regulatory affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of food and nutrition regulations applicable to the Indian subcontinent.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP.
