Lead Expert - Plant-based Meat Fish and & Cheese Alternatives applications
In this role you are part of a global team where you will develop and deliver outstanding Integrated solutions for clients with a focus on Campus, Vestkorn, Taste, and ISOL. You will organize the development, the integration, and the maintenance of a regionalized winning portfolio.
You will lead Key projects, developing, producing, and presenting tailored solutions showing the effects of those combined flavor and ingredient systems. You will be visiting clients to work on on-site projects, as well as having global travels to interact with the global team. You will report to the Head of Application Meat, Fish & Cheese alternatives.
The position can be based either in Vienna (Austria) or Parma (Italy - Campus).
Your key responsibilities:

Pro-active development of joint solutions using best combination of dsm-firmenich ingredients.

Lead and support all type of plant-based client briefs beyond flavour selection.

Transfer technical knowledge to the local application team for all dsm-firmenich technologies

Build local winning portfolio (Campus, ISOL, Taste) that is reg. checked, available, and can be sampled with all necessary documents in place.

Build and maintain Key technical contacts to EUR based application team.

Develops full recipe design knowledge to support local clients.

You bring:

A degree in Food technology.
-
Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in the Flavor or Food ingredients industry. Experience in Plant Based Food Industry would be preferred.

Ability to Multitask various projects in detail.

Strong organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience and understanding of Plant-based Food formulation for Food Industry.

Passion for Plant based-food and pride in delighting curious demanding customers.
