The elevator pitch of the role

This role anchors end-to-end workplace and facilities operations for a 700-employee, multi-shift site. is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company. Ensure that the company has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. .The Workplace Lead drives transport, cafeteria, maintenance, safety support, and vendor governance, while steering expansion projects to ensure a seamless, efficient, and future-ready work environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead daily facilities operations across transport, cafeteria, housekeeping, engineering, and security.

• Oversee multi-shift operational delivery ensuring SLA performance and service continuity.

• Drive workplace projects including expansions, re-layouts, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Optimize space utilization and support planning for future workforce needs.

• Govern vendor performance and ensure strong commercial and operational discipline.

• Partner with HR, IT, and Safety Lead to maintain a safe, efficient, and employee-centric workplace.

You bring:

• 7–12 years of experience in facilities/workplace management in large corporate environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise in transport operations, cafeteria oversight, and multi-service facility management.

• Proven experience managing vendors, SLAs, operational budgets, and large-scale sites.

• Experience leading workplace expansion, reconfiguration, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and crisis-handling skills.

• Knowledge of EHS practices and ability to support site safety operations.
