Job Title: Lead Expert GES Finance FP&A

Location: Hyderabad

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Lead expert to drive financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. In this key role, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide critical financial insights, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

You Bring

• Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Skilled in identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced data analysis. Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, SAP BPC, and OneStream.
• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High level of precision and accuracy when handling financial data, especially under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance roles such as Business Controller, Business Analyst, or FP&A Analyst/Manager.
