Job Title: Lead Expert GES Finance ANH
Location: Hyderabad, India
As the Lead Expert for Transfer Pricing and Product Costing, you will be the financial heartbeat of our operations control process. You’ll drive high-impact analytics and governance, ensuring global compliance while leading automation projects that shape the future of our financial reporting. This is a unique opportunity to manage a cross-functional network and coach a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead & Govern: Direct the Transfer Pricing strategy and Product Costing cycles, ensuring strict adherence to local tax compliance and global policies.
- Strategic Analytics: Drive the manufacturing budget and forecasting cycles, providing deep financial insights and variance analysis to business partners.
- Systems Mastery: Manage complex pricing structures in SAP (margins, exchange rates, tariffs) and resolve technical errors to ensure data integrity.
- Process Innovation: Identify and implement automation and "robotization" opportunities to streamline reporting and operational efficiencies.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Audit & Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external audits, ensuring a robust internal control framework.

You bring:
- Education: A degree in Commerce or an equivalent financial qualification.
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven expertise in Transfer Pricing and Product Costing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to execute sanity checks on complex figures and ensure data reliability.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving process goals.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide technical support to non-finance functions.
