Role: Lead Expert, Supply Planning, B&C
Location: Singapore
The Supply Chain Planner will oversee the inventory of in-house manufactured and third-party materials to ensure optimal inventory levels, while taking proactive measures to identify and address potential supply risks across regional and local distribution centres. This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with the global production and distribution network to meet regional requirements, as well as streamlining internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve regional and local supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Beauty & Care Sales & Commercial team to ensure appropriate inventory levels in the region, swiftly identifying anomalies and determining root causes. Coordinate phase-in/out strategies and material substitutions in partnership with Commercial
- Work with Global Supply & Inventory Planners and Global Supply Chain Managers to ensure timely replenishment shipments to the Regional & Local Distribution Centers. Monitor and promptly communicate any shipment delays, or other issues to the Sales & Commercial team
- Plan for replenishment based on the IBP forecast for the Region. (Singapore, Japan & Thailand)
- Driving accountability with market planners in the region to meet the desired days of inventory coverage & operating working capital for responsible product portfolio and taking lead in managing the demand and supply imbalance
- Establish an inventory management process with third-party service provider(s) so as to ensure inventory accuracy, healthy inventory turnover, minimize damages, appropriate storage conditions and disposal conditions
- Be the focal point for all Asia Pacific product supply related topic and propose the allocation distribution for both in-stock and non-stock SKUs

You bring:
- Bachelor of equivalent experience in business administration or other supply chain management related field
- Familiarity with SAP system, ECC, IBP and APO
- Experience with SCM activities and planning methods
- Experience in import clearance process
- Demonstrated statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills using various software and tools
- Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures e.g. MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF (On Time In Full)
