Your Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all transition projects & change programs are well managed and executed in line with the operating priorities and key strategies developed by GREW to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness across non-industrial assets and services.
Work in close collaboration with members of the GREW & Procurement leadership team to co-ordinate delivery of all projects & programs working across GREW functional boundaries and regions to ensure the overall business goals of GREW are achieved
Implements and tracks the delivery of GREW lab services and solutions at the sites. Ensuring that Workplace KPI’s are achieved, maintenance programs are in place, and that Safety Health Environmental (SHE) regulations and other compliance requirements (e.g., local government regulations, Security contractors) are executed and met.
Back up to workplace leads accountable for all services and performance delivered by our key partners in multiple soft services fields such as, on-site events, Restaurant & Catering offering, Security, Mobility, cleaning, etc. in their absence
Lead continuous improvement plans supporting better efficiency, performance and employee’s experience. Review GREW operational metrics in collaboration with GREW pillars, track them and analyze them to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Support Center of Excellence (COE) in the creation of meaningful dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with COE to conduct internal benchmarking to identify drivers of over/underperformance and drive action to enhance GREW performance.

You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years’ experience in facilities management and operational excellence.
Project Management and extensive computer skills - strong analytical and problem-solving skills using various computer applications.
A strong sense of accountability – you take initiative, speak up, and see things through. You are responsible and focus on what matters

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $100,000 -$135,000.
