Job title – Lead Expert, GSC Import & Export

Location – Minhang, Shanghai

Your key responsibilities

Manage the full import and export process for DSM-Firmenich China, including customs clearance, commodity inspection, vessel booking and documentation.
Oversee import and export service providers, monitor their performance and ensure smooth flow of goods and documents.
Prepare accurate export statistics and supporting documents for VAT refund declaration.
Provide import and export regulatory consultation and support to internal departments.
Supervise compliance of all import and export activities and operations.
Coach import and export officers on process knowledge and updated policies.

You bring

College or university degree or equivalent working experience in logistics related field.
Professional knowledge of import and export operations is mandatory.
Good written and spoken English.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics in multinational companies.
Experience in customs compliance and regulatory affairs in related industries.
Strong communication skills, external focus and sense of accountability.
