Lead Expert, Digital Quality Management

As a Lead Expert, Digital Quality Management, you’ll be at the heart of delivering transformative digital solutions that elevate Quality Management across the organization and drive real business impact. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Product Manager, other functional experts and business stakeholders to co-create the strategic solutioning and innovation of digital Quality Management products—ensuring every initiative aligns with and accelerates business strategic outcomes. Your functional Quality Management knowledge, coupled with experience in digital QA/QC and LIMS systems, will enable data-driven decision-making, high-quality and streamlined operations, as well as compliant (GxP) digital environments.

- Value Delivery & Outcome Alignment:
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and translate them to functional specifications and technical business impact. Execute on digital quality backlog of enhancements as well as on the Quality Roadmap ensuring that digital quality products (e.g, QMS, LIMS etc.) deliver measurable value and are tightly aligned with long-term business goals and digital transformation priorities.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
Define and execute test cases, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system usability, reliability, and performance.
- Compliance & Standards:
Ensure digital solutions adhere to GxP, data privacy, and security standards.
- System Administration & Support:
Configure and maintain quality-focused business applications (e.g., QMS, LIMS etc.) and provide support for troubleshooting.
- Process Improvement:
Proactively collaborate with the business stakeholders to analyse and optimize business processes, promoting architectural consistency and reducing technical debt.
- Documentation & Training:
Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and system design specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as the central point of contact for product-related communication, managing expectations and fostering transparency across all levels of the organization.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to keep the product relevant and competitive.

- 8+ years of working experience in delivering solutions on Digital Quality Control (QC) systems and tools.
- Strong functional knowledge of and experience in Quality Management systems and business processes (batch mgmt., inspections, auditing, suppliers’ qualifications, CAPA/Non-Conformance etc.) and their optimization.
- Skills and experience in digital solutioning for Quality Management and specifications, configurations and data migrations (including SAP ECC and S/4Hana).
- Successful implementation of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) e.g. Arena, Veeva, Trackwise Digital etc. as well as LIMS digital solutions e.g. Sample Manager, Labware.
- Good understanding of integrations with other systems and tools (e.g. CDS, various SAP modules etc.) as well as dependencies on processes (e.g. Procurement, SHE and Compliance). Experience in working in Agile environments.
