In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of our Laboratory Information Management System, aligning digital priorities with strategic goals and ensuring our commercial laboratories unlock their full operational and business potential.

Laboratory Excellence is a global organization within the Perfumery & Beauty (P&B) business unit of dsm-firmenich. It operates across 30 sites worldwide, supported by a well-connected global community of more than 300 team members. The department ensures sustainable high performance, efficiency, and operational excellence, while creating future-ready capabilities to support the Perfumery & Beauty (P&B)’s growth ambitions.

 
Your key responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain CLASS (internal name of the company's LIMS) backlog based on business needs and value
  • Maintain continuous communication with business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities
  • Collaborate with Digital & Tech to align roadmap with Class technology strategy
  • Act as the primary liaison between laboratory teams and Digital & Tech team
  • Coordinate a community of Class champions to perform quality controls on process & data, train and maintain knowledge repository
  • Monitor adoption, measure business impact, and ensure compliance with standards
  • Participate in Digital & Tech governance forums

You bring
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role (industry or consultancy)
  • Experienced in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) & laboratory workflows
  • Analytical mindset for value measurement
  • Exposure to data governance and stewardship practices
  • Knowledge of Lean Management technics
  • Master’s degree level
  • Fluent in English
