Your Key Responsibilities

•           Site Documentation : responsibility for all Quality documentation issue within the site including:

Management of documentation in the QA department including customer questionnaire in Cristal system

Ensuring quality standards are met with ISO 9001 standards and RSPO (roundtable on sustainable pale oil) standard

Manage and prepare Quality training materials and videos

            Close management of quality non-conformances and reporting, reporting of issue has to be non-biased and transparent,

Conduct and co-ordinate on Quality, supplier and customer audits

•           Maintain a local QA system that ensures the highest level of product quality and services to the customer (including managing quality systems GMP programs, and enforcing corporate policies, methods and specifications).

•           Coordinate the contribution to the global system of performance indicators (customer complaints, delivery times, customer ratings and audits) to be used to quantify, identify and then continually correct quality issues on a local basis in collaboration with other dsm-firmenich divisions.

•           Assist to promote and communicate Quality Essentials and Quality Operational Requirement to employes (and suppliers) throughout the Business Divisions and Support Centres locally.

•           Conduct internal audits of the local site (manufacturing, logistics, CX, QC etc….), judged according to defined corporate expectations and standards. Direct and participate in corrective action programs when needed or requested by corporate functions.

•           Participate to the regional Quality and Operation meetings

•           Participate in monthly site Quality meeting to Operations

•           Co-ordinate on the client complaint investigation, conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) with stakeholders and liaise with clients

•           Prepare and review trend analysis of non conformances and work with Operation to improve the situation

•           Prepare training materials to new join Operational team (for example best labelling and Good Manufacturiing Practices)

You bring
 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical or perfume manufacturing environment or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in chemical /perfume/ food science/technology or related field.
• Clear English communication and writing skills.
• Quality Assurance : knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Audit management, QMS (Quality Management System) knowledge, Complaint handling and project management experience. Familiar with data analysis tools.
• Familiar with SAP system, MS office application, PowerBI and other IS application that can support activities
