Job title – Key Account Management Lead
Location – Binh Duong, Vietnam
This position is responsible for owning and growing one of the company’s most strategic key accounts while leading and developing a team of Key Account Managers. The role focuses on building and sustaining long-term, executive-level partnerships with the company’s most valuable clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, the role ensures a deep understanding of client objectives, identifies and secures new and existing business opportunities, and drives achievement of company targets. In parallel, the position provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to the Key Account Management team, aligning account strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent, high-value delivery across all key accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Key Account Ownership:
- Own full commercial and strategic responsibility for one of the company’s most critical key accounts;
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals;
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder client environments and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Drive account growth through expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunity identification
- Key Account Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers
- Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for team members
- Ensure consistent account management standards, best practices, and governance across all key accounts
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team
- Revenue & Margin Growth & Commercial Performance:
- Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets across owned and managed key accounts
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing clients
- Oversee forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and risk mitigation
- Ensure commercial discipline and value-based selling across the team

You Bring:
- Master degree in animal nutrition, animal science, Veterinary science, Agribusiness or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in animal nutrition, animal health, animal production, farm management, feed additive in Vietnam.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of Key Account Managers or sales professionals
- Track record of building high-performing teams that consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets
- Sound technical and practical understanding of animal nutrition, feed formulation and animal health status across various species. Swine/Poultry Expertise will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with marketing skills required to form strong customer relationships.
- A self-driven individual that is goal-focused, whilst able to collaborate in a team and enjoys face-to-face customer interaction. Have a pro-active growth mindset, attitude and behaviour.
- Strong communication, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and presentation skills.
