Are you a finance leader with a passion for reporting and technology? We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our reporting function within the Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we transform data into actionable insights, working at the intersection of Finance and IT to drive excellence in reporting systems and processes.

This is not a traditional finance role — you will be the bridge between Finance and Digital & Technology, ensuring our reporting capabilities are future-ready and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with the Head of Financial Control and Accounting and lead initiatives that enhance data usability, system integration, and reporting efficiency across a multinational environment.

Your key responsibilities

Lead the reporting strategy and execution across ANH, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
Collaborate closely with IT and Digital & Technology teams to optimize reporting systems and tools.
Drive the transformation of raw data into meaningful, user-friendly reports for decision-making.
Be the subject matter expert for financial reporting systems
Lead and support system-related projects, upgrades, and implementations.
Provide technical support and training to finance and cross-functional teams.
Stay ahead of technology trends to continuously improve reporting processes and system functionality.

You bring

Proven leadership in financial reporting, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of reporting systems and data transformation tools
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in reporting in a multinational environment.
High level of integrity and a passion for innovation in finance.
