Your key responsibilities

Turn science into standout solutions across the full application lifecycle for dietary supplements, early life nutrition, medical nutrition, and pharmaceutical applications.
Own hands‑on application delivery, from prototyping to customer support
Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and external experts
Bring innovation to life through customer demos, events, and prototypes
Run a best‑in‑class lab, ensuring safety, reliability, and readiness
Deliver with purpose, aligned to business goals, values, and quality standards

You bring

Relevant industry experience in application, R&D, or product development within food, health, nutrition, food supplements, or pharma, with solid exposure to B2B ingredients or flavors.
Technical foundation (Chemistry, Food Science, Pharma, or related) with hands‑on expertise in food formulation, flavor application, processing, and translating customer and regional needs into differentiated solutions.
Customer‑centric mindset, able to understand nuanced technical needs and shape high‑quality, distinctive value using application technology.
Innovation and problem‑solving capability, leveraging scientific and market insights to build impactful products and creative technical solutions beyond conventional approach
Excellent communication, able to engage effectively across scientific, technical, commercial, and customer audiences.
Resilient, agile, and self‑driven professional, with, cross‑functional collaboration, organizational discipline, and the ability to operate hands‑on to deliver results.
