Account Manager and Sales Coordinator- Vitamins Unit Aroma (f/m/d)
The Account Manager & Sales Coordinator will manage a designated portfolio of smaller customers while supporting the senior sales team through close commercial and operational collaboration. The role offers valuable experience across account management, sales operations, and internal stakeholder engagement within the Fragrance and Flavour sector.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and grow small to midsize accounts and distributors, taking full ownership of the commercial relationship and ensuring consistent revenue growth in line with regional and Aromas commercial objectives
- Translate commercial strategy into execution, acting as a key contributor to the Aromas commercial strategy by clearly understanding regional market dynamics, customer needs, and growth opportunities, and converting them into measurable commercial outcomes
- Drive customer and distributor engagement, serving as the primary commercial point of contact and navigating complex stakeholder environments, including multiple decision-makers, contract structures, and regional regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the senior sales team
- Assist in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes, including demand planning and forecasting
- Assist in preparing sales reports, performance analyses, and presentations

You bring
- Master of Science in Business Administration, a Life Science discipline, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial role, ideally within the Flavors & Fragrances (F&F),
- Proven stakeholder‑management capabilities, with the ability to balance and reconcile conflicting objectives (e.g. sales growth, inventory constraints) to achieve the best overall outcome for the business
- Strong experience working across multi‑disciplinary and diverse teams within complex, matrixed organizations, enabling effective collaboration and alignment across functions
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with fluency in English; French and/or German are a strong advantage
- Intellectual curiosity and commercial acumen for customer relationship management
