Senior Industrialization Engineer

Job Title - Senior Industrialization Engineer

Location – Karawang, Indonesia

 

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in product industrialization by ensuring seamless transition from development to production. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient, and compliant products while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Creation, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and SHE teams to ensure product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and compliance
  • Responsible for technical formula validation, pilot and scale-up trials, and first production hypercare to achieve agile and reliable NPI (New Product Introduction)
  • Collaborate with product creators to optimize formulations aligned with “design for manufacturing” principles
  • Support the manufacturing team in troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead or support manufacturing and supply chain teams on continuous improvement and value creation projects
  • Provide technical support for process design in manufacturing CAPEX investment projects

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (preferably in food, fragrance, chemical, or FMCG industry)
  • Strong understanding of product industrialization, process scale-up, manufacturing operations, NPI (New Product Introduction), CAPEX projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, good project management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
