Job Title - Senior Industrialization Engineer

Location – Karawang, Indonesia

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in product industrialization by ensuring seamless transition from development to production. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient, and compliant products while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Creation, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and SHE teams to ensure product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and compliance
Responsible for technical formula validation, pilot and scale-up trials, and first production hypercare to achieve agile and reliable NPI (New Product Introduction)
Collaborate with product creators to optimize formulations aligned with “design for manufacturing” principles
Support the manufacturing team in troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process improvement initiatives
Lead or support manufacturing and supply chain teams on continuous improvement and value creation projects
Provide technical support for process design in manufacturing CAPEX investment projects

You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited university
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (preferably in food, fragrance, chemical, or FMCG industry)
Strong understanding of product industrialization, process scale-up, manufacturing operations, NPI (New Product Introduction), CAPEX projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, good project management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
