Job title – Operator, Production
Location – Karawang, Indonesia
This function will be reporting to the Supervisor, Production who is based in the same plant at Karawang - Indonesia.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by promoting safety, quality awareness, and a customer-focused work environment.
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Conduct and update risk assessments, audits, and SOP improvements to drive continuous safety and process enhancements.
- Diagnose production issues, provide recommendations, and deliver training to improve performance.
- Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and housekeeping standards, while ensuring accurate SAP and production records.
- Support and train team members, coordinate cross-training, and assist supervisors/managers with new projects and incident resolutions.

You bring:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or Master’s in Chemistry, Food Science, or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in manufacturing management.
- Experience in cost control, performance metrics, and accountability in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and change management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Organizational agility, time management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP ERP, and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab.
