Job title –  Operator, Production

Location –  Karawang, Indonesia

This function will be reporting to the Supervisor, Production who is based in the same plant at Karawang - Indonesia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead by promoting safety, quality awareness, and a customer-focused work environment.
2. Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
3. Conduct and update risk assessments, audits, and SOP improvements to drive continuous safety and process enhancements.
4. Diagnose production issues, provide recommendations, and deliver training to improve performance.
5. Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and housekeeping standards, while ensuring accurate SAP and production records.
6. Support and train team members, coordinate cross-training, and assist supervisors/managers with new projects and incident resolutions.

You bring:

1. Bachelor’s in engineering or Master’s in Chemistry, Food Science, or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in manufacturing management.
2. Experience in cost control, performance metrics, and accountability in manufacturing environments.
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and change management.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
5. Organizational agility, time management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP ERP, and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab.
