GREW Senior Workplace Manager

Job Title - GREW Senior Workplace Manager (80589)

Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia

 

The GREW Senior Workplace Manager role is responsible for Lead the delivery of Global Real Estate Workingplace services and solutions at in-scope non-industrial sites

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Facilities Management functions (site development, maintenance, workplace services) to support business objectives and ROI.
  • Design, implement, and monitor GREW service delivery; ensure Workplace KPIs and maintenance programs are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and local government requirements.
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets; track variances and meet financial targets.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including communication with local authorities.

You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or other related disciplines
  • Experienced in a relevant field such as facility or real estate management in a multi-national organization with global cross-cultural teams.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Workplace site operational leadership role.
  • Multi-site management experience in diverse environments, including service delivery, partner governance, and stakeholders management, an advantage.
