Compounder

This function will be reporting to Leader Production and will be based at dsm- Firmenich Factory at Cileungsi, West Java.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Follows all safety and quality policies/procedures, including GMP 
•    Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility
•    Record production and logistics data in SAP and any other system/data sheet available at the job location
•    Operating weighing scale and do weighing process
•    Perform in-process analysis at the laboratory
•    Report any problem during operation to the leader
•    Operate forklift and other material moving equipment as required
•    Keep good housekeeping
•    Take samples and submit it to Quality Control Laboratory
•    Perform proper labeling of the raw materials, intermediates and final product, following the local procedures of the site
•    Work in a team

You bring:
•    Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or chemistry or equivalent
•    Minimum of 1-year professional experience in the food industry, preferable
•    Technical / professional knowledge & skills
•    Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
•    Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team
