Associate Planner, MPP
Job title – Associate Planner, MPP (temporary position for 1 year)
Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia
The Material Procurement Planning is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials at Cileungsi plant, to support manufacturing activities. This function will be reporting to the Manager for Material Procurement Planning who is based in Indonesia

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, procure, and manage raw material supply to support manufacturing, ensuring supplier punctuality and compliance.
- Define reorder quantities/frequencies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Address supplier issues (damages, shortages, payment problems) and ensure data quality compliance.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders during supply disruptions.
- Lead sourcing process improvements, integrating purchasing, quality, logistics, suppliers, and warehouse.
- Develop subject-matter expertise on assigned materials and sourcing countries, ensuring smooth supply operations.

You bring:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering or Master’s in Chemistry, Food Science, or Supply Chain, with 2–5 years in material planning (food, beverage, or pharma).
- Proficiency in supply chain planning, inventory management, and replenishment concepts.
- Strong understanding of supply planning processes and execution.
- Skilled in SAP ERP, MS Office (Excel), with analytical ability; Kinaxis experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with a can-do, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
