Inventory Technician, Perfumery & Beauty

Job title – Inventory Technician, Perfumery and Beauty 

Location – Ascent, Singapore

The Inventory Technician is responsible for Perfumery & Beauty oil collection inventory and will have collaboration with cross functional team. 

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure inventory stock accuracy and keep inventory at an optimal level

• Ensure consistency between digital stock and physical stock

• Prepare oils for hands-over to logistics partners, sales assistants, or client in a timely manner

• Performs good receipts & supports invoice clearing

• Operates relevant digital creation tools (SAP, SRM, CLASS, Matt, Invoice Mgmt Tool, MS Office)

• Complies with logistics flow management best practices & SOPs

You bring

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Positive work attitude, able to work independently and/or in a team

• Pay attention to details, discipline, careful and organized

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control

• Prior experience in a fragrance laboratory environment is advantageous
