We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our internal supply and raw material inventory. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in inventory management and supply chain distribution.

 

As an Internal Logistics Clerk, you will be working a 8-hour shift 5-days a week, to support the Creation and Application departments day-to-day operations.  You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Leadership role and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Procurement: Raises replenishment orders for labs, follows-up on orders delivery, performs good receipts & supports invoice clearing; keeps expenses of packaging & consumables at levels agreed with lab managers, complies with procurement best practices & SOPs, operates relevant digital creation tools (SAP, SRM, CLASS, Matt, Invoice Mgmt Tool, MS Office)
  • Inventory Management of Central Stock: Puts away items after reception, ensures inventory accuracy, ensures consistency between digital stock and physical stock, disposes of items that are out-of-shelf life, keeps inventory at an optimal level, complies with inventory management best practices & SOPs.
  • Logistics Flow Management: Executes flow movements to agreed locations with requestors (via warehouse if relevant), Complies with logistics flow management best practices & SOPs.
  • QHSS&E Ensures all operations are done in compliance with Corporate HSS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of laboratory safety, Maintains a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Continuous improvement and efficiency: Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects, operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations.
  • Shipment Management (maybe in charge of): Prepares parcels for Interco shipment to other affiliates, prepares documentation for Interco shipment to other affiliates and/or hands-over to logistics partners, sales assistants or clients, complies with shipment management best practices & SOPs.

You bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, record keeping, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a group
  • Ability to work in an area where inherent odor is present, PPE provided
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
