Inside Sales Manager, First Choice Ingredients - Germantown, WI (Hybrid)

 

You Will:

  • Manage and maintain contacts with customers over the assigned territory to assure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prospect new potential accounts for fit into FCI’s business model
  • Fulfill requests from existing customer base
  • Submit weekly written reports on customer activities
  • Coordinate pricing requests between Sales Managers and the CFO
  • Provide support to outside sales managers as needed
  • Provide support with Sales event planning, and Distributor support
  • Able to effectively communicate pricing changes through written and verbal communication
  • Maintain all pricing historical records and contacts
  • Assure pricing consistency across all company software platforms
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, markets, industry, and competition
  • Input & maintain contacts, records, and customer interactions/activities in CRM

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years inside sales experience preferred
  • Pricing and/or customer service experience preferred
  • 3+ years managerial experience preferred
  • Food or Food Ingredient experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
  • Able to excel in a team environment and quickly build relationships
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task with high attention to details
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, internally and externally
  • Must be self-driven and be able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Promote organizational vision and initiatives
