Innovation Manager – Beauty Strategic Segment Unit

Drive innovation by shaping 5D project briefs, gathering insights, and supporting business case development. I manage innovation deployment, repromotion strategies, and portfolio planning while enhancing efficiency within the SSI network and supporting Beauty Strategy leadership.

 

Your key responsibilities:

5D Innovation process 

  • Define and document parameters for new Innovation 5D projects briefs (Define stage), running own research and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across the Growth Office (innovation hub, marketing, consumer insight, technical development, category leaders) and the PLUs SSIs (strategy & innovation roles dedicated to the each business unit ) to bring sharp data/insights
  • Manage collection and consolidation of PLU ( business units) inputs via SSIs regarding business potentials for Business Cases, PLU potential specificities and needs
  • Support innovation projects development phases (preparation of Gate meetings) by providing relevant data/insights leveraging available data sources and collaborating with relevant stakeholders across GO and SSIs/PLUs upon needs 
  • Contribute to proactive innovation workshops on new / long term ideas and strategic choices 
  • Collaborate with Innovation Hub on competitive insights and analyses 

 

Innovation Deployment 

  • Contribute to develop Innovation projects deployment strategy and content (final material being produced by marketing)
  • Own Innovation repromotion & new launches calendar
  • Manage Innovation portfolio and support re-promotions of existing solutions 

 

Beauty Strategy & SSI network

  • Develop and manage tools for SSIs to efficiently accomplish their mission 
  • Coordinate and support the Beauty Strategy and Innovation leader (Audrey Barbéra) in the animation of the SSI network 
  • Responsible of the Beauty Unit collaboration with one PLU as “SSI” for Regional Consumer Brands Europe
  • Support to Audrey Barbéra in her “SSI” responsibility for Global Consumer Brands
