Join our team as a Home Segment Strategy and Innovation leader for Global Consumer Brands, where you'll shape the future of perfumery by driving segment strategies and deploying differentiating innovations to meet consumer needs. Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies across laundry and surface care categories, while serving as a central point of contact for innovation. Your key responsibilities
 

  • Strategy: Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment across Global Consumer Brands, to accelerate growth
  • Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and GCB needs through network participation. Cross- pollinate learning.
  • Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for GCBs.
  • Business Case Support: Consolidate GCB inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.
  • Deployment & Adaptation: Collaborate with global Marketing and Project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars. Connect with customers
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the GCB team's primary access point.

You bring 

 

  • Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in Perfumery industry  and in Innovation space, working with global FMCG players
  • Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies, particularly in laundry and surface care categories
  • Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas
  • Fluent in English
