Job Title:                         Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator


Reporting To:                   Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor


We have a full time, permanent vacancy within the warehouse & logistics team for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. 


The Warehouse Logistics coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Optimised transport planning for inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Production Scheduling - supporting production planning
  • Reporting on transport costs for finance and sales/marketing
  • Reconciliation of SAP (ERP system) and physical stocks, investigating discrepancies, for both Heanor and Belfast sites
  • Auditing stock in warehouse and takes part in monthly stocktaking activity (Heanor).
  • Assessing future requirements of raw materials and packaging raising call off orders  
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Dangerous Goods – where required, ensure that transport carrying dangerous goods are compliant with regulations and have correct documentation
  • Carry out Vendor (Hauliers) audits with the Quality Manager
  • Operate a forklift truck


Successful candidates will:

  • have a minimum of 2 years relevant industrial experience. 
  • have effective prioritising skills
  • have a working knowledge of SAP, inventory management and transport regulations.
  • demonstrate good problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and be customer focused
  • have the ability to investigate and analyse, challenge and offer positive solutions
  • be IT literate
  • be highly organised and proactive in planning the work load
  • enjoy working as part of team, be flexible and have an excellent work ethic


A qualification in warehouse systems / logistics will be an added advantage.
