Head of Global Marketing - Meat, Fish & Cheese Alternatives

 

Location: Vienna, Parma, Delft, Princeton

Based in office, hybrid with min 3 office days per week

Owning the global Meat, Fish & Cheese Alternatives market, support driving sustainable growth by providing insights, direction as well as a clear regionalized portfolio. Co-create and support the development of the MFCA strategy and value propositions; lead and execute the Regional & Integrated Marketing approach & Story telling (Full solution, Ingredients, Flavors, CI, Culinary capabilities etc.).

Your key responsibilities

  • Design Meat, Fish & Cheese Alternatives value propositions
  • Build, Design & own Regional & Integrated Marketing   approach & Story telling (Full solution, Ingredients, Flavors, CI, Culinary capabilities etc.)
  • Co-Create & Support Development of Meat, Fish and Cheese Alternatives Strategy 
  • Define together with Regional Marketing & Business Development, as well as Segment leaders, focus clients, identify new prospects, global and regional trends etc.
  • Provide Marketing related data (Mintel, Euromonitor etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Hold close relationship to regional and segment marketing.
  • Provide market/consumer demands to help formulate Innovation requests (Market driven innovation)
  • Anticipate client needs to be able to offer new capabilities earlier & quicker versus competition (market screening)
  • Provide global and regional market insights and trends on the MFCA segments.
  • New product application and innovation concept deployment (including new flavors & concepts based on global & regional trends, consumer insights and clients needs challenges): preparing marketing collateral for the regional/ global campaigns.
  • Coach and train Business development and Regional Marketing on Value Proposition & Products for Global and Regional initiatives
  • Create the content to be published via social media.
  • Own and organize global exhibition plan together with regions & segments: which show, what applications, setup, attendees, etc. ensure proper visibility of platform.
  • Act as innovation launch managers (for new products/technologies
  • Own portfolio: work with Regions, BDMs & Innovation to ensure local collection is available, ready to sell, sample ready, regulatory checked.

You bring

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 10 years of experience in Marketing a in the Food Industry, in matrix organizations
  • Knowledge of Savory or Plant Based and experience in building Strategy is a plus 
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of the Food & MFCA Alternatives Industry  
  • Strong commercial drive 
  • Strategic & analytical thinking 
  • Able to convince/influence others.
  • Ability to drive the marketing activities in a complex matrix, managing and influencing.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
