We’re hiring a Hard Services Manager to lead asset lifecycle management across our Geneva and La Plaine sites—ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of all buildings, utilities, HVAC, and critical infrastructure. In this role, you’ll oversee maintenance delivery under our IFM model, drive compliance with GREW and SHE standards, and strengthen asset risk management and resilience. You’ll also help shape long‑term capital planning, sustainability initiatives, and the deployment of smart FM technologies. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a technically strong, collaborative leader who thrives in a multinational environment and wants to influence the future of sites.
Your key responsibilities
• Oversee the performance, compliance, and technical integrity of all buildings, infrastructure, HVAC and utility systems including engineering and maintenance services delivered under the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
• Ensure service provider meets statutory requirements, and asset performance targets.
• Ensure hard services align with GREW operational, financial, and environmental objectives.
• To lead asset lifecycle management implementation aligned with overall GREW asset lifecycle strategy.
• Contribute to lifecycle planning, capital works, and sustainability programs.
• Leverage the strengths and potential of a skilled external reporting team by engaging with internal clients, setting clear priorities, and ensuring integrated stakeholder management.

You bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or in relevant technical field. Proven experience in hard services management in a multi-national environment including offices and labs. Minimum 10 years experience in a facilities management role. Budget management and cost control experience in OPEX and CAPEX.
