As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities. You will play a crucial role in applying HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will also be instrumental in driving change management initiatives and supporting our matrix organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain successful HR partnerships and relationships across all levels of the organization, promoting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing workforce development
  • Challenge, guide, advise Business leaders and ensure legal and social compliance with local laws & legislation and code of conduct
  • Be a HRBP responsible for a business population
  • Apply and manage HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Foster a growth culture within the matrix set-up, upgrading talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development (succession planning) for key roles, in alignment with dsm-firmenich values and competencies
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth
  • Implement HR projects and initiatives.

You bring

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
  • Proven project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bilingual in Fench, Fluency in English, a third language would be an advantage.
