The HR intern will be part of a committed, caring and innovative HR team and will work closely with the Country HR Lead. The aim of the internship will be to provide a 360° view of HR tasks through the realization of various tasks and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities  

•    Participate in various ongoing and new HR projects
•    Support the HR Country Lead and HR Business Partner Operations in the recruitment process (post, screening, interview, follow-up)
•    Follow-up of the local strategy on employee engagement, as well as the implementation of new initiatives
•    Support and participate in employee development, by ensuring the deployment of the training plan, seeking out the right training for the employees and/or setting up new in-house training courses
•    Contribute to internal HR communications
•    Support the team in various administrative tasks (creation of contracts and/or amendments, payroll tasks)
•    Be assigned to a specific project, depending on business priorities and personal interests

You bring
•    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in HR
•    Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English
•    Autonomous, creative and proactive
•    Teamplayer and willing to take initiatives
•    Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
•    Comfortable with IT tools, including Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel) and CanvaEffective Teamwork and productive working relationships in a multicultural environment
