Job Title: Lead Specialist GES H2R Mobility&Benefit

Location: Hyderabad, India

 

The Global Mobility Support Officer plays a critical role in enabling seamless international assignments for employees, including senior executives, across DSM‑Firmenich. This role sits within the GES H2R shared services model and partners closely with regional HR teams and global vendors to ensure compliant, high‑quality, and efficient mobility services. The position combines operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to deliver services aligned with global SLAs and evolving business needs.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end international assignment processes, including relocation, immigration, tax, payroll, and social security aspects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for expatriates and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, ensuring a high level of customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers such as relocation agencies, tax advisors, moving companies, and embassies, including issue escalation and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local fiscal, legal, and social security regulations, as well as internal company policies.
  • Support service delivery against defined SLAs, KPIs, and tier models while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Contribute to global mobility process development, knowledge transfer, and integration activities, including support during acquisitions and transitions to shared services.

You bring:

  • Graduation or post‑graduation degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to global mobility, expatriate management, or shared services environments.
  • Proven experience working in global, virtual, and cross‑cultural teams across regions and time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including incident management, escalations, and service performance oversight.
  • High level of operational rigor with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems or tools.
