Join our team as a HR & Admin Assistant in Egypt, where you will play a key role in supporting our production site’s people, processes, and daily operations for our ANH premix plant in Sadat City . You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR and administrative matters, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, and compliance. This role offers hands‑on exposure to HR operations in production environment. You will coordinate essential administrative services for our production site and act as the go-to for all organizational support. Your key responsibilities
- Manage emails, post, calls, and the manager’s digital agenda, ensuring timely prioritization, follow-up, and meeting logistics
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR processes, policies, and general administrative support
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, attendance data, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave tracking, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle activities with internal and external partners
- Support onboarding, training coordination, corporate events, visitor arrangements, and site coordination activities
- Oversee office administration and facilities services (transport, catering, supplies), ensuring compliance with local labor law, internal policies, SHE standards, and audit requirements

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR documentation processes Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- A proactive, service‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
