Job Title: HNC Regulatory Affairs Analyst - Vaga exclusiva PCD

City: Pinheiros One, São Paulo

 

This position within HNC Regulatory Affairs (RA) is responsible for supporting regulatory documentation and product lifecycle management, regulatory strategies and advocacy plan to open new markets for existing products and innovations in the given (part of) HNC global segment or country in Latam.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support regulatory advocacy, product lifecycle management, and regulatory strategies to open new markets for existing products and innovations within the assigned HNC segment or region.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Operations, Product Management, and segment/regional leadership.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory compliance and related activities within the assigned scope.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of regulatory strategies for the relevant segment or region, including participation in regulatory advocacy initiatives.
  • Provide regulatory insight and direction to support segment, product, and regional strategies, addressing regulatory topics and issues as they arise.
  • Act as a connector across products, segments, and regions to ensure knowledge sharing within the HNC RA community.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset aligned with HNC RA objectives by enhancing processes, ways of working, tools, and organizational effectiveness through approved and sustainable methodologies.

 

You Bring

 

  • Background in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within similar industries, either on the sector or customer side.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, compliant solutions; proven capability to support the development and execution of regulatory strategies.
  • Openness to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Strong drive and adaptability, particularly in transforming environments, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on regulatory innovation and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to present complex or new ideas clearly and simply while ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
