We are hiring an Associate Maintenance Specialist
Location: 
Greenville, NC

 

We are looking for someone with SAP experience to join our team and work alongside our Maintenance Manager to ensure operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Adhering to and maintaining all DSM SHE standards at all times
  • Monitoring and analyzing SAP maintenance data to identify repetitive problems and recognize trends
  • Leading work tickets and small project jobs to implement equipment upgrades as needed based on the analysis of maintenance data
  • Maintaining regular Manufex data and reports for Reliability reporting and implementing a Reliability program for DSM Protective Materials

   

What we like to see in your experience:

 

  • BS in a technical field OR AA/AS with 2 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Reliability role within an industrial organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module and ability to export reports to Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Aspentech and ability to export data to Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to use a PC and learn new software quickly
  • Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance Practices
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to present information to others
