Key Responsibilities

• Establish and fortify a robust ANH LCA expert competence center, garnering industry and company recognition. Foster connections across the ANH business, spanning various species and product categories, to enhance overall business value.
• Contribute to achieving Sustell™ sales targets by assuming the role of an LCA expert. Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for Sustell™ world-wide, leveraging LCA proficiency to expedite customer adoption and enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with local technical and business teams to craft tailored sustainability solutions, providing unique value to our customers.
• Play a leading role in establishing dsm-firmenich as the preferred strategic partner in sustainable animal production, recognized by customers, industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders. Leverage our LCA expertise and the Sustell™ business to solidify our position in the market.
• Develop effective marketing tools and value propositions to influence and convince diverse customers and stakeholders of the sustainability value within ANH. This effort should lead to the rapid and scalable commercialization of Sustell™ and Performance Solutions.
• Act as a pivotal member of the sustainability team, working alongside the ANH Marketing and Innovation team. Shape and refine sustainability value propositions for the entire ANH product portfolio, incorporating insights gained from business development activities with customers.

You bring

• Extensive understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and environmental science, tailored to fulfill customer business requirements and stay in sync with industry trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in sustainability, especially within the realm of animal production, showcasing the ability to link sustainability principles to tangible business results.
• Pertinent education and experience in the sustainability field, preferably within the animal nutrition and/or production/farming sectors.
• A consultative and value creating mindset, capable of building credibility with customers and key stakeholders.
