Global Supply & Inventory Planner & Operational Coordinator (RDC Hub AT)
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) Business and EMEA Regional Supply Chain team.
As an Inventory Manager, you will oversee the inventory of intermediates and finished goods at our RDC HUB Austria and Global Distribution Centre Venlo. You'll ensure optimal inventory levels, address supply risks, and coordinate daily operations. This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with our global production and distribution network, streamlining processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve our supply chain objectives. Your key responsibilities
• Manage replenishment requirements for production sites and external vendors, ensuring global supply balancing.
• Address short-term supply issues and execute the Global Allocation process in cooperation with Commercial Management.
• Resolve non-compliances with incoming materials and enforce adherence to management directives and legal regulations.
• Set up and maintain master data in SAP/R3 and SAP/APO, monitor logistical flow and batch statuses, coordinate re-labelling activities, and manage returns to vendors.
• Coordinate daily operations of the RDC HUB Austria, including inventory management and capacity issues, and act as the main point of contact for production sites and RDC Hub.
• Propose process improvements and participate in supply chain/system improvement projects in cooperation with the Logistics Manager, Quality, SHE Venlo, and the head of Global Warehouses & Operations.

• We offer a gross annual salary of € 52.000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
You bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Production, Planning, Inventory Analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions.
• Demonstrated statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills using various software and tools.
• Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures (e.g., MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF).
• Solid quantitative computer skills including proficiency in the MS suite.
• Experience in SAP (APO/R3), BW, and the master data driving the various systems and processes.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
