Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

As a Global S&OP Sr. Manager you will play a vital role in our Planning community in Perfumery division, ensuring the right Planning processes are in place, building strong partnership with key stakeholders and helping your team to achieve their full potential. Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver a competitive and symmetrical service, lead time, inventory, cost and category targets.
  • Lead global materials PLM and global demand for core materials categories (Naturals or ING) contracts and upstream creation, SC & supplier alignment.
  • Lead Materials S&OPs cross functionally to develop alignment and surge capabilities ensuring alignment between creation, supplier, procurement, Ingredients and finance teams.
  • Lead Global Raw material councils to outline requirements, anticipatory stocks, capabilities and issues for executive teams and key stakeholders.
  • Directly orchestrate Material constraint management globally and regionally hand in hand with category Purchasing, IBP, SC operations, Business
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve material forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias. Incl relevant measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, BU creation, procurement, Supply chain, manufacturing, strategy GSC, GOE, BU SC and region to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions, among others.
  • Enable and provide the category Materials BU consensus Strategy global and regionally. Ensure the BU consensus Strategy is organically cascaded across company and empowered from execution.
  • Working in partnership with creation, purchasing, quality, PLM, SC and commercial stakeholders globally and regional commercial stakeholders through regional SC team.

You bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in complex SC operations.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in managing S&OP.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
  • Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders' alignment
  • Strong work ethics, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
