Global Head of Digital Commerce

Location: US Home Office or Cromwell, CT

Place of work: Remote/Hybrid

 

You will be responsible for advancing the digital vision and strategy for the overall i-Health business in the Americas and other strategic European markets, whilst collaborating with the fast-growing China eCommerce business.   This role will lead the existing, dynamic high performing i-Health Digital Commerce Team with full P&L accountability, consisting of eCommerce & Omnichannel (Amazon, Walmart.com), i-Health’s Direct To Consumer (DTC) Platform and i-Health’s Global Web Experience.

 

You provide thought leadership, people development and delivering results through your experience and curious mindset, to advance our overall digital strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.    You will be part of the Americas Leadership Team and enjoy an inspirational and rewarding, purpose led journey as part of the i-Health team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and strategy to deliver growth ambition for both eCommerce and DTC businesses for i-Health brands globally excluding China, with emphasis on executing short-term and long-term strategies to grow eCommerce market share, specifically Amazon and .com brick and mortar
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving the digital customer experience by optimizing website usability, navigation, and checkout processes to reflect the brand's values and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate digital commerce initiatives with other marketing and sales channels, such as email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Continuous Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and transparent communication channels with the regional and global brand teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and progress, and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments.
  • Establish and execute a strategy to codify and scale digital channel best practices globally across i-Health with direct responsibility in The Americas and strategic European markets and in collaboration with Global Marketing and China eCommerce teams.
  • Motivate and inspire your team of 3 direct reports to deliver on goals and develop professional growth plans to increase capabilities and career path

 

This position can be in our Cromwell, CT site or a home office in the eastern or central time zones of the continental US.  Access to a hub airport is needed.  Ideal geography is the NY metro area or the Midwest; however, other geographies will be considered.  Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $180,100-$225,200

You bring

  • Minimum of 7 years of digital commerce experience to include Amazon, .com, DTC and digital content and creative experience
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in B2C (business to consumer), CPG and/or start-up company is required; digital marketing experience a strong plus
  • Directly leading a large team is required and proven record of high team engagement scores
  • Experience with successfully building a DTC platform and working with the large on-line retailers (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com)
  • Experience building strong brands online with unique value propositions for the DTC and e-Commerce channels and extensive agency management and strong analytics experience
  • A highly collaborative, inspirational and inclusive style
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
