Summer 2026 Internship Program – Operations Engineer Internship

Location: Germantown WI

We are currently looking for a Operation Engineer Intern at our Germantown WI office.

The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist in process improvement by analyzing workflows and supporting efficiency initiatives.
Collect and report operational data to track performance and identify trends.
Support engineering projects through documentation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You Bring:

Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science, or related field.
Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
