Sr. Production Scheduler - Germantown, WI


Job Title: Sr. Production Scheduler
Location: Germantown, WI

 


As a Sr. Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning production activities and other ancillary tasks (training, meetings, maintenance activities, and miscellaneous tasks) to meet department production requirements for products in a manner that efficiently utilizes site resources.



Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Production team to ensure material and resource availability.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of production data and communicate updates to management.

• Identify potential production delays or issues and develop contingency plans.

• Analyze and monitor critical raw material stock levels, lead times, reorder points, and forecasts.

• Maintain customer safety stock inventory.

• Communicate to Customer Service on status of all orders.

• Manage all internal and external transfers.

You Bring:
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills and is one who “closes the loop” to assure understanding.

• In depth knowledge of products, processes and process times and manpower requirements.

• Experience with Vicinity, SAP or ERP system preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).

• Must be detail oriented with a passion for accuracy.

 

 

 

 

The hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. The hourly wage is $32.00-$35.00.

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
