We are looking for talents to join the recently created Pricing and Costing Office team to support the Pricing transformation of Global Consumer Brands. Your role will be key to the achievement of GCB profitable growth objectives while bringing a new and robust framework, analytics insights and governance for Pricing and Costing.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Build and develop constructive and proactive partnership with all key stakeholders in the pricing & costing process (Sales teams, Technical teams, Business and Plant Controllers, Master Data team, Purchasing teams for the main ones)
  • Align Profit&Loss Units (PLU) Pricing strategy according to PLU business strategy
  • Run PLU Pricing processes such as yearly pricing campaigns, metaformulae, cost mitigation plans and price or corelist negotiations…
  • Lead Global PLU Pricing Governance and highlight target GM% or Price deviations through DoA with final accountability at PLU and GPLU leaders
  • Develop understanding on pricing / costing processes, guidelines and key drivers within PLU teams
  • Lead implement of Global Pricing & Costing transformation initiatives/programs into the PLU

  • 5+ years of Price Management experience in a leading role in a B2B pricing function (F&F experience a benefit but not a must) with excellent analytical skills
  • 5+ year successful experience in B2B Sales and superior negotiation skills
  • Experience with creating and implementing a pricing strategy successfully
  • Team oriented change agent, influencer and excellent communicator
  • Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) is a plus
  • Master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
