The Challenge

Perform the daily activities that are associated with the Production Task. Progressive training for Emulsion Technician takes approximately one year; DuPont work schedule (3 days on and 2 off then 2 days on and three off)- intended shift will be nights (after training); 6:30pm- 7am.  This is an hourly position paying $20/hour.  


The Position

  • Weigh raw material and hand adds to various vessels
  • Work with Distributive Control System (DCS)
  • SAP data entry and ERP system training on any new revision
  • Access Data Entry quality information and Maintenance Work Orders
  • Reaction processes, including process description and chemistry
  • Perform Gas Chromotography and other Lab functions
  • Communicate process and mechanical problems to appropriate staff members
  • Improve housekeeping requirements
  • Filter product to storage
  • Work with Quality Control to insure products are ready for packing
  • Unloading and loading bulk raw and finished goods
  • Operation and monitoring of wastewater process
  • Adhere to all Safety training, procedures, reporting


The Ideal 

  • Ability to lift 60 pounds, routinely
  • Ability to wear chemical suit, respirator/SCBA
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in manufacturing, a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, a strong plus
  • Forklift experience a plus
