Job Title: Fragrance Intelligence Analyst

Your key responsibilities
- Deliver market products & fragrance oils reconstitution on time
- Has high level of knowledge on perfumery raw materials by both analytical tools and olfactive ability
- Interprets results generated using established and new procedures, methods, and system
- Reports work progress at project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Designs and implements global standard operating procedures
- Validates local standard operating procedures related to the scope of responsibility
- Complete and maintain appropriate documentation
- Report problems/issues encountered to supervisor
- Provides service and support in the laboratory, operates with a team spirit mindset in case of high workload

You bring
- Experience in reverse engineering of consumer fragrance market products utilizing GC/MS, Headspace, and other techniques.
- Proficient in the identification of perfumery raw materials by both analytical tools and olfactive ability.
- Proficient in SPE, SPME, liquid-liquid, steam distillation and other extraction techniques.
- Able to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment used
- Good proficiency in using, maintaining, and improving existing databases
- Able to perform data treatment with basic to advanced software tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong experience in analytical chemistry with at least 3 years of documented successes in a similar role.
- Degree in Analytical Chemistry (M.Sc degree preferred)
