As a Fragrance Development Manager, you’ll drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients’ brands. You’ll be a guided partner to Fragrance perfumers, offering consumer trends, creative inspirations, and strategic ideas. With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Fragrance evaluation, you’ll shape olfactive strategies and lead client presentations for a dynamic and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

Develop winning fragrances that spells success for dsm-firmenich and our clients' brands
Understand market leaders, trends, and client needs.
Master technical skills, including creation tools, sustainability, and regulations.
Manage projects, collaborate with teams, and contribute to strategic planning.
Pass evaluations and final assessment while building a perfumery library.
Develop proactive collections and conduct olfactory analysis of new launches.

You bring

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation in home and beauty care
Relevant university degree in chemistry
Fluent in professional English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong olfactive knowledge, including iconic & archetype fragrances and raw materials
Creative and analytical thinking with a passion for fragrance development
Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
