Job Title: Flavor Research & Innovation Scientist - Cotia/SP

As Customer Service Specialist - Cotia/SP you will be responsible for the complete management of orders, exceptional support for planning, and achieving the company’s revenue targets. Also manage the daily activities of planning and order management, demonstrate a customer‑centric attitude, and proactively maintain strong relationships with the planning team, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Your key responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance of analytical equipment.
Maintain supplies stock (consumables, gases, etc.)
Perform data analysis techniques that allow complex volatiles analysis to be completed.
Perform analytical determinations on finished products (food and beverage samples) with the objective of completely identifying the volatile profile and content of the flavor within the product.
Perform extraction techniques that allow the volatiles in food products to be extracted in total from the food product and introduced into a medium suitable for GC-MS determination.
Report analyses in a format that includes a suggested formula that allows the flavorist (primary customer of our team) to create a flavor that can be used in a base similar to the target food product to give similar organoleptic properties.

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Chemistry or related areas
Experience with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis
Experience with routine GC-MS equipment maintenance
Experience in flavor analysis preferred
Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish
